Shipping & Returns



We send all orders from our HQ in the Netherlands. International rates are automatically calculated during checkout and are based on actual rates from our shipping partner PostNL.


We try to ship all orders the same day, otherwise it’s the following business day at the latest. If not, we will send you an email about the status of your order.


Domestic: 3 DAYS (only on regular orders, not on pre-orders)
Within EU: 6 DAYS (only on regular orders, not on pre-orders)
Worldwide: 1 – 2 WEEKS (only on regular orders, not on pre-orders)



International shipping:


You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Sadly, we have no control over these charges or delays and we cannot predict what they may be. If this seems like a cause for concern, we suggest that you contact your local customs office for the down low.





If the product is not perfect for you and it’s still in great shape, please return to us! We will give you a full refund (minus shipping charges, shipping costs are cost of buyer). Items must be returned within 21 days of the purchasing date and we will give you your money back as quickly as the bank allows us.
